    Gary Trevisani

The journey that took Gary Trevisani to the helm of The Orchard in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania began many years ago. As a teenager, Chef Trevisani discovered that cooking for people was a way to reach someone’s heart.  For decades he dedicated himself to developing the skills and appreciation that only a true professional gastronome and gourmand can claim.

His career advanced him through some Philadelphia’s most acclaimed restaurants. Chef Trevisani then made a commitment to furthering the culinary careers of others by joining the faculty of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, the country’s first private college dedicated to careers in fine dining and luxury hospitality businesses. Chef Trevisani eventually guided the curricula at the college as its Director of Culinary Arts.

His teaching skills  and passion could also be found outside the classroom on televised cooking demonstrations  collaborating with national celebrity chefs and cook book authors, including: Georges Perrier, Christina Pirello, Michael Romano and Douglas Rodriguez, to name a few.

Now, as owner of Kennett Square's The Orchard, Chef Gary Trevisani will take his vision of culinary brilliance to your palate.

Bon Appétit.
